Living Areas

The dining room has a beautiful view of Javea town and valley, with formal seating for 8.

The western wall of the dining room is comprised of two huge sliding glass doors that access the naya so the view is fantastic.

There is a built-in masonry fireplace (outside) next to dining room in the mountain view naya.

The living room has a masonary stone wall and valenciano ceilings accented by antique wooden beams. It is equipped with a wood stove fireplace, TV, DVD, and
Stereo/CD player.

Leather furniture and wool area rugs accent the room.

The kitchen is brightly tiled with pantry and fitted with new granite countertops, gourmet AGA stove/hob, large fridge with freezer, dishwasher and microwave.

There is good kitchen equipment, beverage glasses and commercial dish selection for the chef and hostess.

There are three tiled bathrooms all with showers.

There is one private bathroom (bath/shower) accessed directly from the master bedroom and a second private bathroom in the upper Parador Suite.

Central heat is available in the living areas for use cooler months (at renters cost).

Some books and games are provided for guest use.

Outdoor Features

An outdoor bathroom is located in the pool area. All furnishings are high quality.

There is a outdoor dining table and chairs for outdoor use on each naya.

Great at night with the stars!

The pool is 10 meters long with steps at one end and ladder at the other.

The gardens around the house are beautiful!

There is ample parking in our brick paved carpark area.

Bedrooms

Quinta Quince sleeps up to 6/8, with multiple bedding options.

It can be rented with 3 or 4 bedrooms including: three with Queen beds, and one with twin single beds

Screens on bedroom windows, and some dark curtains if you want to sleep!

Pool Area

Secluded pool has patio areas, great tiled pool with panoramic views.

Pool area is partially walled and the large decking area is non slip tile.

Pool/patio furnished with loungers, chairs and table.

Some basic cleaning supplies are provided, and a portable vacuum.

Weekly general cleaning service can be provided beyond one week's stay.

Pool is cleaned weekly and chlorinated for disinfecting. Garden maintained weekly.

Iron and board. Clothes washer and outside clothesline provided.

Quality Features

Quinta Quince was totally refurbished including new premium beds, bedding & quality linens, new tile bathrooms with showers.

Newly tiled kitchen with granite counters, large english stove, new kitchen wares, dishwasher and large fridge with freezer

All new swiss cable TV/DVD, furnishings and updated decorating.

Mechanical updating includes new lighting, entirely new plumbing, electrical service, water heater, water softener and hot water heat.

Our unique villa is one of a few custom-built homes built Mary Carmen.

The villa is a typical Spanish home with arches, tile floors, nayas and valenciano beamed ceilings throughout.

The villa has been described as Cordoban in style.

Location

The villa is situated on the hillside above the Javea Port and it's yacht club.

It is in the exclusive Cuesta San Antonio urbanization closest to the sea.

Our home is on a very private, fenced and walled plot with access to the road via automatic gate. The road allows travel down
to the port or up to the Montgo Park above. Either direction is a great walk. You need to be in shape to enjoy these walks!

A car is usually advised.

The plot is mature with lovely landscaping, brick pavings, citrus trees, herb garden and flower gardens.

The Villa layout is generally flat with few steps. Three bedrooms are on the main level and the optional "Parador" Suite is on
the upper level.

The pool is located on the same level and is accessed from both the dining room/mountainside naya and the master bedroom.
The pool can be heated as is the adjacent spa, at renters cost. There is awesome colored pool lighting is great at night.

The pool area includes large sitting areas, Bar-B-Que, outdoor toilet, summer kitchen, wood fired oven and the covered naya off
the Dining Room.

Quinta Quince is 5 minutes from the Port, Town, or Arenal (sand beach), for shopping, supermarkets, restaurants and nightlife.
The Villa is 5 minutes from the Cabo San Antonio Lighthouse. The Port Restaruants and Tapa Bars are within walking
distance (down the hill!)
