automatic gate shown
here or from a pedestrian
gateway just down the
street to your left
The brick paved carpark
shown above is landscaped to
the right and pavement leads to
your left where the entrance to
the villa is shown. The window
shown to the right here is the
kitchen window.

You can enter the villa here or
continue on down the pathway
further to find the seaside
terrace and naya. The entire
area here is flower gardens.
You enter the Villa through the
arch above and are greeted by a
bronze statue that is a copy of
one found in Pompeii. Here he
is dressed for aPaella Party! :-))
After passing though the entry patio, you can enter
the villa through the double arched doors and find
yourself in the foyer below. The dining room is
seen through the arch.

The pool terrace is acccessed through the double arches of the mountainside nays. The terrace is
enormous offering various sitting areas and views. The heated pool is covered to conserve heat in the
winter. The 2 meter square Spa is seen in the photo to the right and is 5 feet deep! The view from
the Spa is of Jevea town. The Pool Terrace is also accessed from the Master Bedroom at the other
end of the house.
The Master Bedroom
also enters directly into
the living room shown
here. There is a
woodstove in the
fireplace and a lovely
stone wall. The seaside
naya is to the right here.
The other main bedroom is on the second level of the villa shown here. This is a
large bedroom with private bathroom is our "Parador Suite".
